This means that we do not advise customers or users on the merits or suitability of any transactions. You are required to register for the use of the Watchlist and must accept these terms. These terms may be changed or updated at any time without prior notice; updates will be available from the Important Information page. Your continued use of this service means that you accept any new or amended terms.

We make no warranty that this Watchlist is free from errors, defects or viruses. Prices and other information are provided by third party providers and subject to their conditions (please see the section on Third Party Information in the Important Information section for further details). These sources are believed to be reliable but no guarantees are made as to their accuracy, completeness or timeliness.

You must provide us with a valid email address for your use of the Watchlist and we reserve the right to test this address. Should any email we send to you bounce or be rejected for any reason, we reserve the right to suspend your registration until you provide us with a valid email address. We cannot guarantee that price alerts will be received, delivered or sent whether in a timely manner or not and you accept that these are requested by you at your own risk.

We may amend, suspend and/or terminate any part of or all of the Watchlist at any time for any reason. Where reasonably practicable, we will give advance notice of this but this may not always be possible and/or practical for business reasons. We do not accept any liability for any loss that you may suffer because you are unable to use the Watchlist due to its unavailability as a result of (but not limited to) maintenance or upgrade of systems or in certain market conditions.

Selftrade and its associated companies, agents, licensors or delegates accept no liability in connection with the Watchlist nor make any representation as to the completeness, accuracy or timeliness of the information. We or they do not accept any liability for any losses, loss of income, loss of actual or anticipated profits, loss of business, loss of contracts, loss of goodwill or reputation, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, loss of, damage to or corruption of data, or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind, costs, liabilities or expenses which may arise directly or indirectly from use of or reliance on the Watchlist, whether such loss or damage was foreseeable or in the contemplation of the parties and whether arising in or for breach of contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, indemnity or otherwise.

The Watchlist Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with English law. You agree that legal action relating to these Watchlist Terms may only be dealt with by the Courts of England and Wales except that we may sue you in any country where you may be.
